These terms and conditions govern the agreement between the Artist and the Client regarding the commission of artwork.

By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to abide by these terms.

The Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

The Client agrees to pay 50% of the total commission price upfront before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork.

Payment is to be made via Paypal for international buyer and Touch n Go/ Bank in for Malaysian buyer. Please do not share the receipt with third-party as it is both client and artist privacy.

Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in the withholding of the final artwork and may result in the cancellation of the commission.

If the Client cancels the commission after payment has been made, the upfront payment is non-refundable.

The Client will provide clear and detailed instructions for the commission, including references and specifications.

The Artist will provide progress/updates during the commission process.

Minor revisions are allowed during the process; however, significant changes may incur additional fees.

Once the final artwork is delivered, no further changes will be made unless agreed upon in advance and subject to additional fees.

The estimated completion time for the commission is 3 weeks. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and the Client will be informed of any delays.

The final artwork will be delivered in JPEG/PNG format via client's email.

The Artist retains all copyright and moral rights to the artwork, including the right to display, distribute, and reproduce the artwork in any form.

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal use only.

Commercial use of the artwork by the Client is prohibited unless expressly agreed upon in writing and may incur additional fees.

The Client is not permitted to modify, alter, or resell the artwork without the Artist's consent.

The Artist reserves the right to display the artwork in portfolios, galleries, and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The Artist agrees to keep any personal information provided by the Client confidential and will not share it with third parties without the Client's consent.

The Client agrees that the Artist may use the commission details and artwork for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason. In such cases, a full refund of the upfront payment will be issued.

If the Client cancels the commission after work has begun, the upfront payment is non-refundable.

Refunds for completed commissions will not be provided.

The Artist is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the commissioned artwork.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Artist harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's use of the artwork.

By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
